How we look after player and parent information
What we store
- Player first name and last-name initial only — never a full surname.
- Main and second playing position, shirt number and which competitions she plays in.
- Photo and video consent chosen by a parent.
- Coach assessments: a score out of 10 for the five pillars, plus written feedback.
- For accounts: the email address used to sign in.
Why we store it
- To plan sessions and give each player useful, personal feedback.
- To make sure photos and videos are only used where a parent has agreed.
- To let parents sign in and see their own child's profile.
Who can see it
- Coaches can see all player information.
- A parent can only see the players linked to their own account.
- Nothing about players is visible to the public or to other parents.
Ask for a copy or deletion
You can ask us at any time for a copy of everything we hold about your child, or ask us to delete it. We will reply within 30 days.
