About us
Masia FC is a girls’ U13 football club based in Stockport. We believe young players grow best when they love the ball, think for themselves and play as a team. What that means for your daughter: • Positional play – learning where to be and why, so the team keeps the ball and creates chances. • Scanning – looking around before the ball arrives, so decisions are quicker and calmer. • Decision-making – we coach players to solve problems themselves rather than shout instructions. • Rondos – small keep-ball games that build touch, passing and awareness while having fun. Winning matters, but development matters more. We celebrate brave passes, good decisions and effort – not just goals.

A huge thank you to our sponsor for supporting the girls this season. Your generosity pays for kit, pitch hire and equipment – we could not do it without you.
Code of conduct
Players
• Play fair, respect the referee, opponents and teammates. • Try your best, be brave with the ball and never give up. • Encourage your teammates – mistakes are how we learn. • Arrive on time with the right kit and a water bottle. • Listen to the coaches and ask questions.
Parents & carers
• Encourage, don’t instruct – let the players make decisions. • Respect referees, coaches and opposition supporters at all times. • Applaud good play from both teams. • Never criticise a player’s mistake from the sideline. • Talk to the coaches if you have any concerns – we are a team.

How we look after player and parent information
What we store
- Player first name and last-name initial only — never a full surname.
- Main and second playing position, shirt number and which competitions she plays in.
- Photo and video consent chosen by a parent.
- Coach assessments: a score out of 10 for the five pillars, plus written feedback.
- For accounts: the email address used to sign in.
Why we store it
- To plan sessions and give each player useful, personal feedback.
- To make sure photos and videos are only used where a parent has agreed.
- To let parents sign in and see their own child's profile.
Who can see it
- Coaches can see all player information.
- A parent can only see the players linked to their own account.
- Nothing about players is visible to the public or to other parents.
Ask for a copy or deletion
